Close
at hand is Lamorna Cove. This rocky wild cove is a favourite with
artists and is perfect for walkers and bird watchers. The Cornish
Coastal Footpath can be accessed here. East leads you to Mousehole.
West takes you to Porthcurno, with the famous Minack Theatre, and
onwards to Lands End. From Ros-an-Dinas you can walk over the fields
and along the coast to the picturesque fishing village of Mousehole.
By car Mousehole, Sennen Cove, St Michaels Mount, Lands End, Minack
Theatre, Penzance and St Ives are all easily reached. The Eden project
is just over one hour away. The Isles of Scilly can be visited by
boat, plane or helicopter leaving from Penzance or Lands End. The
surrounding area abounds with ancient sites such as Lanyon Quoit,
Merry Maidens and Carn Euny Iron Age Village.
