artwork produced by IOLO Communications is copyrighted and therefore
owned by IOLO Communications. No artwork is to be altered by any other
persons other than that of IOLO Communications unless an agreement is
reached by IOLO Communications (in writing - depending on the extent).
Estimates
An
estimate is an approximation of a project based on the details supplied
by the client (the more details supplied the more accurate the estimate).
In some cases the details are best guessed and IOLO Communications reserves
the right to re-estimate during such project should it be pushed beyond
the acceptable bounds written out in the original estimate.
Estimates
are only valid for 30 days. If no action is taken in this 30 day period,
a new estimate based on any new details can be provided.

Payment Terms
Payment
is strictly on receipt of invoice. In the event that payment is delayed,
IOLO Communications reserves the right, without formal notice, to add
interest.
Cheque
payments to be made out to IOLO Communications or payments can be made
directly into an account supplied by IOLO Communications.
Payments from sources originating outside of the UK shall be paid by
telegraphic transfer into an account supplied by IOLO Communications.
Unless otherwise agreed the currency will be in pounds sterling.
Should
the client cancel or suspend any work already in progress the client
will be invoiced for the amount of work carried out to that date and
any work commissioned on their behalf with third parties.
Sign-off
Once
a project reaches completion and the client is agreed that all is satisfactory,
after final proof read by the client, a dated email or fax is accepted
as sign-off. No further responsibility by IOLO Communications can be
expected from this sign-off date. A project cannot be released until
this sign-off is agreed.

After
sign-off, additional changes/amendments will be charged by IOLO Communications
at an hourly rate. Artwork must not be altered or adjusted by third
party without agreement by IOLO Communications.

Sites
As
laid out in the above Copyright, Terms and Conditions, the same applies,
but with the addition that IOLO Communications reserves the right to
take down a web site if the agreed payment(s) is not reached.
IOLO
Communications always tries to ensure fully working and good up time
of all web sites under its control. But, IOLO Communications can not
be held responsible for any loss of business due to failure of any part
or whole of the web site at any time.
